Since 17 years, I have been teaching 2D and 3D design courses in the Foundation program through elements and principles of design. Our faculty has students from architecture, interior design, fashion design, and graphic design majors. I was instrumental in developing the curriculum and establishing the first BA in Fashion Design degree in Lebanon. I am a firm believer in processes, whereby one can submerge oneself in a process and be sure to reach a result. My interests include the creative design process, and left/right brain thinking as applied to creativity. The workshop Baharat will be conducted with my colleague Simon Mhanna who is a former student of mine and now colleague. He is a communication designer and interested in exploring creativity and critical thinking in workshops and research.
